  • ⅓ cup frozen pitted cherries
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Nutrition: 1 serving = 186 calories, 3.6g fiber, 10.6g carb, 4g fat, 28g protein
