- 2 cups watermelon, diced in 1” cubes
- ½ cup reduced fat feta, crumbled
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- In the bottom of a large bowl, whisk together lime juice and olive oil.
- Add watermelon, feta, and red onion.
- Toss until fully incorporated.
