Watermelon Feta Salad

Servings: 1


  • 2 cups watermelon, diced in 1” cubes
  • ½ cup reduced fat feta, crumbled
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil


  1. In the bottom of a large bowl, whisk together lime juice and olive oil.
  2. Add watermelon, feta, and red onion.
  3. Toss until fully incorporated.

Nutrition: 1 serving, ¼ of recipe = 66 calories, 1g fiber, 7.4g carb, 4.1g fat, 1.3g protein
