Traditional Keto chaffle

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

INSTUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat waffle maker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg until beaten.
  3. Addshredded cheese and stir to combine.
  4. When the waffle make is heated, carefully pour 1/2 of the batter in the waffle maker and close the top. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove from the waffle maker and set aside for 2-3 minutes to crisp up.
  6. Repeat instructions again for the second chaffle.

YIELD: 2 chaffles
