- 1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed or shredded
- 1⁄4 cup chopped celery
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
- Serve over salad, in a lettuce wrap or on whole wheat toast
